Jan over at http://thepoodleanddogblog.typepad.com was unable to pull up a comment window. However by email she stated:
"I couldn't get a comment page to come up on pjscorner, but I love the Mousy. I don't remember animal paper dolls. Did they have those in "the old days" and I just missed seeing them?"

Hi Jan, I talked with my mom about your question on animal paper dolls. I don't remember them and neither does she. However, by doing a google search on "the history of animal paper dolls", I found a website that had pictures of animal paper dolls from 1950!

I also found a link to our PJ's Little Animal Paper Dolls on the FIRST page!!!

Hmmmm. I don't remember animal paper dolls, either, but I think it's a cute idea.

Hi DB, I am searching for when animal paper dolls came into existence. In the mean time I am adding Judy M. Johnson's "History of Paper Dolls" to my sidebar.
